The room size proved inadequate. i found the space rather cramped. the lighting was also insufficient. I struggled with basic tasks because of poor illumination. the lack of adequate lighting.

efficient process friendly staff
The check-in process was efficient (i appreciated it!). I found every staff member to be very friendly. The room had a clean, updated aesthetic. I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, especially at sunset.
The elevators were sometimes slow. A little patience was required.

The room was clean. the location was ideal, providing easy access to attractions. the elevators were fast, a significant plus during peak times. i found the overall experience quite satisfactory and would consider staying again. I appreciated the efficient service, though!

A Decent Stay

friendly staff rooftop bar dusty floor slow service
The staff was friendly, and they tried to. The rooftop bar has an Empire State Building view. I did visit it because I am a tourist.
The room was not quite clean when I arrived. The floors, window ledge, and door handles showed dust. It took a full day to get toilet paper after three phone calls and me eventually asking at the front desk.

The location was convenient, close to many attractions. The staff were helpful and responsive to requests! They quickly addressed an issue with my room.
My room lacked a coffee machine, disappointing. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, it was disruptive at times.
